Renegade Longbows
GLUEING UP
PAGE 2

You are now ready to start
the glueing process. Remove the warm laminations from the oven one
at a time. Apply epoxy to the lamination and stack it on the bow form.
Be sure that you follow the order that you layed out on your work
table.

You can only apply the epoxy
to one side of the laminations while on the table. Stack the laminations
on the bow form with the epoxy side down. Apply the epoxy to the side
facing up. All surfaces should have epoxy applied to them evenly,
as put together, with the exception of the tape side of the fiberglass.

Once all the laminations are
assembled, another layer of clear wrap is put on top and then the
pressure hose. The hose is pressurized to 65lbs, pressing the laminations
tightly together. The bow then goes into the bow oven for
6 hours or so for the glue to cure.

6 hours later, removing it
from the bow oven.

Deflate the hose and remove
from the bow form.
